The Open AI Academy Summit, hosted at The Queen in Wilmington, DE, served as a hub for leaders eager to integrate AI into their industries. Our goal was to capture the depth and energy of the day—the keynotes, the hands-on learning moments, and the genuine connections forming around technology.

Throughout the event, our production team documented a range of content for Open AI Academy’s social and web presence: talking heads of on-stage speakers, close interactions between trainers and attendees, guests exploring ChatGPT in real time, and immersive crowd visuals that showcased the community behind the innovation. Using a multi-camera setup we balanced the intimacy of keynotes with the scale of a live summit. The result is a suite of visuals that reflect both the professionalism and the human curiosity driving the AI conversation forward.
